In this regard, information provided on our order form is used solely for the purpose of sending orders, receiving payment and conveying information about our company to our customers to facilitate future ordering. Details will not be given, sold or shared with any other company or business. LEGAL NOTICE Our web site is distributed on an "as is" basis without warranty. Whilst every precaution has been taken in its preparation, neither the author nor Dreams Work on the Bay shall have any liability to any person or entity with respect to any liability loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the instructions contained therein. In the event legal action arises out of copyright or trademark infringement, Dreams Work on the bay shall be indemnified of any and all costs or damages that Dreams Work on the bay or you incur. All information including images of products are copyrighted and/or trademarked to Dreams Work on the Bay or their respective owners. They are displayed with the express permission from the specific company owners of such copyrights, trademarks or artists' designs and may not be used or reproduced without their respective written authority. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Dreams Work on the Bay be responsible for any damages or loss resulting from the use of or inability to use any of the products sold or distributed either via this catalogue, via our web site or from our previously published newsletters .  PLACING ORDERS Orders can be placed via telephone, fax, mail order, our secure online store or email. Our office is closed on weekends. Please remember to include a daytime telephone number just in case we need to contact you. We accept payment via credit cards-Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, Bartercard & Direct deposit. Credit cards can only be accepted over the telephone or faxed In addition to credit cards, we also accept payments made by cheque or money order. Please remit in Australian dollars only. Allow time for clearance of funds. Business cheques are treated as for personal cheques. Customers whose cheques are returned to us because of insufficient funds will be charged $30- for handling in addition to the amount of the cheque. If it becomes necessary to use recovery agencies, you will be responsible for all collection fees. Orders are processed in order of receipt. At your request, we will issue a refund cheque for any outstanding credit on your account generated by an order paid by cheque or money order. If the order was paid by credit card, we will credit your credit card account. Any credit not redeemed nor refunded within a one-year period will be assessed a service charge. Any outstanding balances due will be applied to your next order. We do not assume any responsibility for bank fees incurred as a result of using a debit card for your purchases and /or return credit. BACKORDERSPostage and handling costs are charged once only and will not be charged on backordered stock within Australia. We do not backorder for overseas addressees. "Express" shipments will incur a special shipping charge with each shipment. Backorders may be cancelled at any time . DECLINED CREDIT CARDS We will make reasonable attempts to contact you should your credit card be declined. If we cannot contact you, or you do not respond to our email or phone messages within a reasonable time period your order will not be processed. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Dreams Work on the bay send goods all over the world. Please remit payment in the form of International money order in Australian dollars or provide credit card details. Cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Overseas orders are sent exclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). Please note cost of goods in price list and divide by 11 to obtain GST content. Overseas rates on application. Rates are based on Australia Post postal services together with packaging prices and are therefore subject to change without notice. We will advise any changes on our site. GUARANTEE AND RETURNS POLICY Dreams Work on the bay will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from us within 30 days of receipt. The goods must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, and able to be resold. Opened and/or discarded packing material or soiled paper are some examples of what constitutes used goods. If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective and can be returned. We do not accept returns based on COD or invoiced to Dreamswork on the bay in any way. When returning goods, please contact us to obtain a "returns number". No goods will be accepted without a returns number. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. All returned or defective claims will be either refunded or exchanged if advised within the claim period above. If goods have been damaged in shipping, and attempt is made to deliver to you in obvious damaged condition, please refuse to take delivery of the item and advise us accordingly.  PRICES AND/OR DESCRIPTION CHANGES All prices on our web site are quoted in Australian Dollars including Goods and Services Tax (GST inclusive) and together with product descriptions are subject to change without notice. Dreams Work on the bay maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days with regard to any apparent discrepancies. We endeavour to depict as accurately as possible all goods for sale. Some manufacturers have size variations beyond our control. For example, paper sizes quoted as 12" x 12" vary manufacturer to manufacturer. Due to the scanning and printing process, colour variations do occur. We regret this is beyond our control.  POSTAGE AND HANDLING CHARGES Our policy with regard to postage and handling within Australia is that you should know in advance of any purchase the costs involved with shipment. Please refer to our website for current pricing. Where you require a special faster service, please advise your Express Post needs.
